The castor wheels add an extra 77mm to the overall screen height. The castors protrude 255mm from each side of the screen. The arms are approx. 35mm thick.

Delivery lead times can be found on each product page. Once an order is processed, we’ll be in touch with your delivery date.
Our standard service is kerbside delivery. This means the driver will deliver to the nearest accessible point outside your property.
Off-loading, moving goods indoors, and disposing of packaging/pallets are the buyer’s responsibility.
If you require assistance beyond kerbside delivery, please contact us straight away – additional services may be available, though extra costs may apply.
Shipping to ROI
Because we manufacture and ship this product from the UK to Ireland, you won’t be charged UK VAT at checkout. Instead, when your order reaches Ireland, the courier will request payment of customs duty (usually around 6%) and Irish VAT (23%) before delivery can take place.
Most customers will also need to provide an EORI number for customs clearance. If you already have one, simply enter it at checkout; if not, you can apply for one quickly through the Irish Revenue website.

Damages or faults
We work hard to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition, but transit-related damage can sometimes occur beyond our control.
To resolve any issues quickly, please inspect packages upon arrival. Note any packaging damage when signing for the delivery.
Inspect products for damage or defects promptly and inform us within 24 hours by email or phone in the unlikely event of any damage or defects.
To initiate a return, you can contact us with photos of the product and packaging.
We will aim to collect and replace the damaged items within the appropriate lead time indicated on the product page.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement. Simply contact us, and we’ll promptly process your cancellation and issue a refund if necessary.
